Objective: to develop the project of new fast-food in Odessa.
In collaboration with the customer we came up with the name and conception of the establishment: a family dast-food restaurant with an emphasis on inner design and atmosphere. We developed a logo, a corporate style and a design-project of the establishment. To underline the conception, we divided two floors of the building into thematic areas — ocean, savanna, jungle, tropics, where we disposed the statues of animals. In addition, we envisaged a playroom assembly and a special menu for kids.
Within the framework of the project an original menu was developed, management standards, technological and business processes of restaurant were specified, necessary technological equipment, tableware and inventory were selected.
