Objective: development of new mobile fast-food project
The concept of “Yurta” TM creation lies in organization of network of public catering outlets in recreation areas and places of public events. To organize a location under the “Yurta” TM means to install one or two constructions: for production needs and for location of visitors.
At the first stage it is assumed to create sales points in recreation areas with further growth of this direction, and also to organize movable sales points servicing public events (days of city, large corporate holidays, presentations etc.).
During the off-site event the tented kitchen mainly works on street-food principle, when visitors buy carry-out products. During warm time of the year the organization of summer site around the tented kitchen is possible. During the work in stationary format, visitors can be disposed in a small house-hall.
The segment of recreation, public and special events grows rapidly. In Ukraine this segment experiences acute shortage of sales points to provide inexpensive high-quality catering. The optimum variant of task solution is a mobile sales point providing catering in places where the opening of stationary point would require considerably more timing and financial resources. The format of mobile outlet gained acceptance in Western Europe and the USA, where similar establishments are inalienable part of industry of recreation, public and special events.
Executed work: Within the framework of the project the conception, corporate style, principles of fast-food appearance, menu, management standards and standards of technological processes in the establishment were developed. The prosecution of the project was conducted in accordance with the plan of business standardization of public catering enterprises.
