Objective: to standardize the business of «Modern» TM furniture showrooms.

The furniture factory «Modern» opened in 1999 and is now among the largest furniture producing enterprises of Ukraine. The total area of manufacturing and storage facilities makes 42 thousand sq. m. Upholstered and cabinet-type furniture, as well as furniture for offices and bars is know to consumers not only in Ukraine, but also in Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova.

For this project the package of documents, describing all details of company’s showroom operation and its cooperation with the rights holder, was developed. The prosecution of project was conducted in accordance with the standardization plan of retail enterprises’ business.
