Objective: to develop the project of retail outlet network for «Levada» TM.
«Levada» Group of companies that started its activity in 1994 today is an absolute leader at the Ukrainian market of cook-chill food. Its establishment began with a national distributive company, in 1998 «Levada» organized its own production, and in the nearest plans it has a startup of franchising project of retail outlets’ network under «Levada» trade mark.
Within the framework of the project, besides working on description of administrative and technological processes of future network, we also developed the formats of sales points, assortment policy, system of logistic and methodology of coordination of licensees network by «Levada» company, and coordination of outlets network by licensees. In addition, the corporate style of the brand was standardized and original appearance of sales points was developed for each format (see the illustrations).
