Objective: business standardization of «Eurotop» TM.
«Eurotop» is a franchising network of shoe shops of MTI company - the proprietor of the network of «Intertop», «Kidditop» shops and a few monobrand shoe shops.
The implementation of this project, besides direct standardization of business processes, included the development of corporate style guidance and the design of «Eurotop» TM shops. The results of the last one can be estimated by enclosed illustrations.
The implementation of this project was conducted in accordance with the plan of business standardization of retail business enterprises.
