Objective: to develop the project of new pizzeria.

The idea of this project consisted in creation of pizzeria with original name and conception, but with traditional menu analyzed for average price brackets. Within the framework of the project a conception, corporate style, principles of pizzeria appearance, menu, management standards and standards of technological processes were developed.

Presently the «Tortuga» pizzeria is functioning in Krivoj Rog, and it is planned to open a similar establishment in Kiev.
