Objective: to develop business standards of «Shvydko» TM.

«Shvydko» is a leader in Ukraine in the category of fast-food restaurants with national cuisine (the assortment is accented on vareniks). The first restaurants of «Shvydko» TM were opened in May 2000. Since then moderate prices and high quality of products as well as excellent service contributed to stable growth of «Shvydko» TM restaurants’ popularity. One of popularity indexes is growing interest to the trade mark in Ukrainian regions. For this reason the owner of «Shvydko» TM — «Shvydko-Ukraine» JSC — at the beginning of 2006 made a decision to enter regional markets with the help of franchising partners.

As of the beginning of July, 11 establishments are functioning in the network of «Shvydko» TM.

The implementation of this project was conducted in accordance with the plan of business standardization of public catering enterprises.
