The assortment range of «PizzaPapa» enterprise comprises all basic commodity lines of restaurant business, which allows attracting possibly greater amount of visitors during the day and evening time. The price policy of «PizzaPapa» enterprise has a well-defined and balanced orientation directed at middle market segment.
Within the framework of this project a conception, corporate style, principles of fast-food appearance, menu, management standards and standards of technological processes in the establishment were developed.
The implementation of this project was conducted in accordance with the plan of business standardization of public catering enterprises.
